SVP Properties Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 30th May 2011 as a company limited by shares with a paid-up capital of RM 3,000,000.00.
We are a CIDB G7 registered contractor with extensive experience in undertaking and completing various construction projects over the years. As a main contractor, we directly manage and coordinate projects with our clients, covering the full project cycle from preliminaries, mobilisation and site preparation through to construction, project completion and handover.
Our experience includes infrastructure and building-related works, where we oversee the overall project execution, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, monitor progress, and ensure that works are delivered in accordance with the approved specifications, programme, quality requirements and contractual obligations.
